Meet the team

Falgun Shah, Fellow Chartered Accountant and an Accounts Graduate.

Falgun is the Founder at Arhata. He has worked with a wide range of clients, including Suzlon, Sun Pharma, Henkel group, Siemens and Sterlite to name a few. Over the past decade, Falgun has helped many Small, Medium and Large Corporates address their key challenges in Finance, Accounting and Tax functions. Falgun qualified as a Chartered Accountant and started his first Accounting Company at the age of 22.
He conceived the idea of offering value added services in F&A and hence founded Arhata in 2009. Since then the Company has been growing at more than 100% CAGR

Sunny Shah, ACA

Sunny is the CoFounder at Arhata. His key strength is his execution capabilities. He has led various assignments of due diligence, IPO, private equity, FDI, transfer pricing and US bookkeeping.
He has created a team of committed and motivated individuals, which has helped Arhata execute any project of whatever size with ease. He has a very good command over technology and hence called the CTO of Arhata by many. With him around, there is no worry about timely execution.

Hiral Chaliawala, ACA

Hiral has been a key contributor to the innovative projects at Arhata. "Assetrak", one of the softwares developed by Arhata for audit & tracking of fixed assets could be developed because of the untiring and undemanding efforts put in by Hiral.
In the past couple of years, Hiral has taken up big responsibilities at Arhata and has proved his capabilities in heading large assignments. He has been the star performer in the last two years.

Rohan Kalaskar, ACA

Rohan is the man behind development of Startups and SME segment pratice at Arhata. Right from accounting and review for managing payroll, advising on tax matters, suggest tax planning measures and preparing analytics, he does everything demanded by a small or mid size company.
Rohan has the ability to think out of the box and he is an asset for our small business clients, who look forward for day to day financial advice from him.
